The reason for Wendy’s arrival in Paris was a contract to perform at the Lido de Paris as one of the renowned “Bluebell Girls” in the 1994 production “C’est Magique”. She performed as a dancer for one year, then later in 2001 returned as the solo singer with the Lido Orchestra, and performed 6 nights a week until 2014. During this time she also performed in numerous jazz venues around Paris, and also recorded two jazz albums, which as well as standards include some of her personal compositions too.
